## About

Go No Sen Karate is a family-owned martial arts organization founded in 1993 by Kyoshi Adam McCauley, a 7th Degree Black Belt. With three dojos across Westchester and Putnam County, NY, Go No Sen serves families in Yorktown, Peekskill, Putnam Valley, Cortlandt Manor, Mohegan Lake, Crompond, Buchanan, Croton on Hudson, Cold Spring, Garrison, and Shrub Oak.

The school's mission is to help children belong, believe and achieve greatness through martial arts. The motto: "Building Better Bodies & Stronger Minds."

## Founder

Kyoshi Adam McCauley — 7th Degree Black Belt with over 30 years of teaching experience. Founded Go No Sen in 1993.

## Programs
